2. Scope of Services

2.1 Medical Relaxation Services

We offer in-person sessions designed to promote relaxation and well-being for seniors under professional supervision.

2.2 Digital Information Products

These include downloadable guides, tutorials and audio sessions related to relaxation techniques and wellness tips.

2.3 Retail Goods

We provide physical items such as relaxation accessories and comfort aids tailored for senior care.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings require full settlement at the time of reservation. Available methods include credit or debit card settlement via our secure portal.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Medical Relaxation Services

Clients may reschedule a session without charge if request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Requests made within 48 hours are subject to denial of refund due to reserved staff and resources. No reimbursement is provided for no-show appointments.

4.2 Digital Information Products

Clients may request reimbursement within 14 days of delivery. To initiate, contact us using the form below. After approval, reimbursement is processed through the original method within 10 business days. Requests after 14 days will not be accepted.

4.3 Retail Goods

Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, use our contact form. After we inspect the return, we will process a reimbursement within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement.
